My Bicycle Trip Across Canada: Day 52: River of the Wolf or is it Wolf River?

June 18th: Cap-Saint-Ignace, QC, to 20km east of Riviere-de-Loup, QC: 120km

Had breakfast with Steve (the guy from the night before). It was a small breakfast, so later I went to McDonald’s. Wind was at our back, but Phill got a broken spoke, so I had to backtrack and help fix it. Low point of the day.

I listened to music for a lot. Thought about being single again. Trying to think positive.

Stopped in Riviere-du-Loup to get groceries. Ended out day 20km East of there. Saw a young couple on their lawn with a fire and asked them if we could camp on their lawn. They said yes! They even brought us beer and invited us to sit with them! Win! Julie and Daniel.
