Peter Singer and Richard Dawkins

Two of my favourite thinkers chatting. This was for the documentary “The Genius of Charles Darwin”, which I have not seen.

I like it when Singer says to Dawkins (something to the extent of) “well if you do eat meat, you have a responsibility to know how they are raised and killed”.
I personally find it odd that Dawkins is a meat eater, even though he admits to Singer’s points.
Dawkins kind of just excuses himself by saying to Singer “well, you’re the most moral person I’ve met”.

To quote Mac or Charlie or Dennis (can’t remember which one said it) : ‘This isn’t a morality contest.’
